AMWAJ Development launches 172-unit Starlight Park residential project in Meydan
AMWAJ Development has officially entered Dubai’s real estate market with the launch of Starlight Park, a four-building residential community in Meydan’s District 11. The freehold project features 172 apartments, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, designed with premium finishes, built-in features, and Italian appliances. Each building offers dedicated amenities, such as a rooftop pool, fitness studio, kids’ play areas, and EV charging stations.

With a planned development pipeline of over 1.5 million sq. ft. by 2024 and 2 million sq. ft. under construction by 2025, AMWAJ Development aims to redefine mid-market residential living in Dubai. Starlight Park is set for completion in Q2 2026, with prices starting at AED 988,000 and a 60/40 payment plan.
